Traditional chinese green tea. Great skill is needed to process the fine, tiny twisted , jade green leaves. Due to the shape the tea is called Chun Mee which also means " precious eyebrow". Medium body light green liquor, with a distinct plum-like flavor.

Light brownish yellow liquor with a toasty flavor, and leaning towards sweet. This is a special Japanese tea that is blended with fire toasted rice.
Legend has it that during the 1400's an important samurai warlord in Hakone on the Isu Peninsula of Honshu Island was having tea in the morning discussing battle strategies, with his patrol leaders, and his servant named Genmai was serving hot tea to the group.
Leaning over to give tea to the warlord, the rice he had saved in his pocket for a snack, fell into the warlords steaming tea.
Some popped hitting the tea and the warlord was furious, jumped up brandishing his sword, he promptly cut off Genmai's head in one fell swoop.
The warlord sat down continuing his meeting, and continued drinking the ruined tea. The warlord found out that the tea was actually quite delicious and unique. In honor of poor Genmai he pronounced it to be served everyday in his honor.
